Spring divan bases provide comfort and
balanced support. The top comprises
of two layers of polyether batting and resilient
P/U foam. Ticking is quilted on lockstich
multi-needle machine along with soft foam
padding. A semi-rigid mineral fiber membrane
(4mm Th. 600g/m²) acts as a weight distributer
between the top and spring module core.
Bonnell type, 2.2 mm wire gauge, heat
treated for stress relief and rust proofing.
5 turns 90 mm dia. 135 mm height. Tensile
strength max. 185 kg/m². Helical coil is 1.3 mm
wire gauge, max tensile strength 175 kg/m².
The wooden unit is made from kiln-dried fir wood with extra reinforcement on the edges.
